My fellow autistic scholar Dr. Chloe Farahar conducted this interview with me in September of 2021 for the British autism education organization Aucademy, following up on our December 2020 discussion of neurodiversity and neuroqueering.
The discussion topic we originally chose this time (reflected in the video’s title) was “Neuroqueer Life & Literature.” But we got so into our discussion of Neuroqueer Theory and how one puts it into practice in neuroqueer life that we went on for almost two full hours and never even got to the literature part!
In January 2022, few months after we made this video, I joined Chloe, Dr. Annette Foster, and Katie Munday for another Aucademy-hosted video discussion on my book Neuroqueer Heresies.
